The resort offers a delightful Japanese style futon, outdoor and indoor pools, and a personal hot spring spot with breathtaking views. The staff is friendly, attentive, and even remembered our breakfast order. The property design is impressive and creates a relaxing resort-like experience.

I loved the variety of pools and hot springs available at this hotel, including a rooftop open-air hot spring with beautiful views. The staff was incredibly friendly and spoke excellent English. Additionally, the hotel provided a free shuttle service to nearby attractions, and the location was conveniently close to the train station.

The pools are quite relaxing after a long day. the food was acceptable. the staff was helpful.
The hotel was in the middle of nowhere with terrible travel connections to other locations. There were few amenities within walking distance and no easy transportation options.

The great pool has many temperature options to choose from and is perfect for afternoon relaxation. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service during our stay. The spacious room was clean and well-maintained.
The location was not ideal and the surroundings were unsightly. There were no plugs in the room for charging phones.

This venue is a hidden gem! the luxurious amenities provided definitely fulfilled my needs. Service was top-notch and the Spa & wellness centre was a haven of relaxation. the Indoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi were perfect for a dip and the Massage was the icing on the cake. Dinner was sumptuous with Special diet menus available. the room was equipped with all the exclusive facilities required. With a hot spring bath and private facilities, the hotel exuded an air of opulence. the location advantages were also a plus.
The Live entertainment which could've been better presented. the staff's efforts to make up for it were commendable.

This hotel is conveniently located close to the train station, making it easy to access robust local attractions. Rooms are spacious and clean with hot and cold spring tubs. the staff is friendly and attentive, and the breakfast and dinner menus are delicious. There are several indoor and outdoor pools/spa areas, making it a perfect destination for families.
The lounge area outside the paid hot spring bath has a closing time in the middle of the day, which may be frustrating for some guests.
